OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY LASTS 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. IF 30 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN’T OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. IF IT HAS BEEN LESS THAN 30 DAYS AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR PURCHASE, EMAIL RETURNS@DIANAVREELAND.COM AND REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND PROVIDE THE REASON FOR YOUR RETURN.

WE ONLY REPLACE ITEMS IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE:

  • AUTHORIZED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITH AN RA # WRITTEN CLEARLY ON THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL

  • SHIPPED BACK IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX

  • MUST BE UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, AND STILL IN THE CELLOPHANE WRAPPING

RETURN PRODUCTS TO DIANA VREELAND PARFUMS LLC BY GROUND SHIPMENT WITH TRACKING NUMBER ONLY (UPS OR FEDEX IS RECOMMENDED). FRAGRANCES CONTAINING ALCOHOL ARE CLASSIFIED AS HAZARDOUS MATERIALS (HAZMAT). THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (USDOT) REQUIRES GROUND-ONLY SHIPMENT OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS DUE TO AIR SHIPMENT RESTRICTIONS AND REGULATIONS. WE SUGGEST USING THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSURING YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT FOR THE PURCHASE AMOUNT. IF YOUR RETURN PACKAGE IS LOST, DIANA VREELAND PARFUMS LLC IS NOT LIABLE.

DIANA VREELAND PARFUMS LLC WILL ISSUE A REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING AND PROCESSING YOUR RETURN. THE CREDIT SHOULD APPEAR ON YOUR STATEMENT WITHIN TWO BILLING PERIODS, DEPENDING ON YOUR BILLING CYCLE. SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

REFUNDS

ONCE YOUR AUTHORIZED RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. IF YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE IS NOT APPROVED WE WILL RETURN YOUR ITEM TO YOU WITHIN 30 DAYS.

IF YOUR REFUND IS APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT WITHIN 30 DAYS.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REFUND YET, FIRST CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN. THEN CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY, IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME BEFORE YOUR REFUND IS OFFICIALLY POSTED. NEXT CONTACT YOUR BANK. THERE IS OFTEN SOME PROCESSING TIME BEFORE A REFUND IS POSTED. IF THE ITEM WASN’T MARKED AS A GIFT WHEN PURCHASED, OR THE GIFT GIVER HAD THE ORDER SHIPPED TO THEMSELVES TO GIVE TO YOU LATER, WE WILL SEND A REFUND TO THE GIFT GIVER AND HE/SHE WILL FIND OUT ABOUT YOUR RETURN.
